About Us

Coaching Mentoring Education Africa (CMEA) is the brainchild of years expended time working with leaders in both business and the education space. This is supported by research around the impact of coaching on leader development and their influence towards results and performance improvement.


We focus on generating coaching conversations in the learning and education sector intended towards emerging future innovative thought leaders for 4IR. We have a collection of offerings aimed at engendering critical thinking and accountability for the betterment future innovative developments.


The #CoachEd Annual International Coaching in Education Conference and the Coaching Barometer, an evidence-based research platform are our flagships.


We are available online as the digital future and also able to customise for face to face in conducive environments.
